REGISTRATIONS - INFO

WHERE

Registrations are made exclusively on the official Serra da Estrela Granfondo website, through the Stop and Go platform.

The registration will only be considered valid after payment, within the established period and through the payment methods provided at the end of the registration form.

WHEN

The registrations are open until 24:00 of the 23rd June 2024.

After the closing date, the organization may provide some more registrations, in limited number and with an increased cost.

Runners registered after the closing date will not have their front personalized (name and nationality) nor will have the official t-shirt included in their participant kit.

PRICES:

Registrations for the Event are limited and and has different prices, according to the period:

* - includes the 1 day license with insurance provided by Portuguese Cycling Federation

After the payment, no returns will be made to athletes who register as non-federated and become federated, that must be valid on the date of event.

Standard Registration in Granfondo Serra da Estrela 

INCLUDES:

- Participation in the event, with all the organization, logistic and legal support

- Official T-Shirt of the Event

- Frontal plate (see the Art. of these rules)

- Solid and liquid recoveries.

- Mechanical assistance during the race (see the Art. of these rules)

- Medical assistance during the race

- Offer and transport of a personalized bag to keep a set of substitute clothes at the summit

- Personal Accident and Liability Insurance included in the Portuguese Cycling Federation One Day License (mandatory for non-federated athletes)

- Photographic coverage - with photos available on the event's official Facebook page.

- Time control with chip and the final results for times and categories.

- Finisher medal offer

- Showers (if the health rules in force at the time of the event allow it)

- Pasta Recovery - (replacement snack food at the finish)

- Personal Diploma of participation (with time reference) *

At the time of registration, the athlete can choose, as an extra, to subscribe to the Premium Registration.

This registration has an additional cost of 60.00€, to be added to the base price of the standard registration.

INCLUDES:

In addition to the standard subscription, Premium registration includes:

• Access to the start line in the front of the starting corral (Box Premium).
• The Official Serra da Estrela Granfondo 2024 Jersey

  (high-end jersey from the EM3 brand - retail value of € 60.00)

LIMITED REGISTRATIONS:

Premium Registrations are limited to a maximum of 100 athletes.

Athletes who subscribe to Premium Registration until midnight of May 27th 2024, are guaranteed the delivery of the Official Jersey at the event Race Office. Athletes who subscribe to the Premium Subscription after May 27th 2024, the Official Jersey will receive by post or by carrier to the address indicated to the organisation for this purpose.

OFFICIAL JERSEY

The Official Jersey of the event is included in the Premium Registration. However, participants can purchase it separately.

At the time of registration, the athlete has the opportunity to acquire the official jersey of the event at the promotional price of 45€, until midnight 27 May 2024, receiving it at the event Race Office.

Orders after 27th May 2024, will have a cost of 55€ and the order will be sent to the address indicated by the athlete, within 5 weeks after the event. The cost of the jersey includes shipping costs (for mainland Portugal and Spain).
