SEIA

The city of Seia will be the starting and arrival point of Serra da Estrela Granfondo in 2024.

As one of the main entry points in Serra da Estrela, the city of Seia is located on the west slope, with some of the most emblematic tourist spots on the highest mountain in mainland Portugal.

MANTEIGAS

The village of Manteigas is another of the main partners of the Serra da Estrela Granfondo and in this 2024 edition it will welcome the passage of all participants with a last great recovery before the final ascent to the Tower made through the spectacular Glacier Valley of Zêzere.

ALTO DA TORRE

The arrival at the highest point of mainland Portugal is everyone's big goal. At this point, the stopwatch stops to count each athlete's time. The return to Seia is done in neutralized mode (without time control).

Upon arrival at the Tower, in addition to a solid and liquid recovery, all participants will have at their disposal their bag with a change of clothes and / or a sweater so that they can safely and more comfortably descend to Seia. This bag is offered in the participant kit and is transported to the Tower by the organization.
